At Toronto’s NXNE, we saw festivalgoers increase up the hemline with summer-appropriate set shorts, and at Coachella, with daring set small skirts. At New York’s Governor’s Ball, set vests were identified, including flare to casual concert-ready outfits. Bored of black?
